Looking to get an understanding of the total rewards packages of the major defense contractors, and as many others in the industry as possible. I know NGC has a 401k match up to 6%, only a 1k bonus annually unless you are nominated/selected for the better bonus, 9/80 schedule, 120 hours pto to start, decent benefits. I know Boeing has great benefits and a 401k match up to 10% with a 2% additional bonus at the end of year.
Would love to find out more about all of them, including these: Raytheon, Lockheed, L3Harris, BAE Systems, SAIC, Aerospace Corp, Millenium, Booz Allen, General Dynamics, General Atomics, Mercury Systems, Textron, Leidos, Sierra Nevada Corp, ULA, Ball Aerospace, Mantech, Anduril, etc
