The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division has awarded ManTech (MANT) a five-year $88 mln IDIQ task order to provide Test and Evaluation support for U.S. Navy weapons and combat systems. Aemetis (AMTX) announces that its subsidiary Aemetis Biogas has completed an additional seven miles of underground pipeline to transport biogas from five new dairy digesters to the centralized Renewable Natural Gas upgrading facility located at the Aemetis Keyes biofuels plant.
