Retention

Hey, hoping someone can help me here, I am cutting this from a sheet of good quality plywood. I’m using these settings however it is taking ~10mins to cut and ideally I need to shorten that time by a lot- it looks like it should be able to cut it through a lot faster. Any ideas? My V Carve Pro gives me an estimate of 6 minutes, I’m ideally trying to get this done in around 3, I was hoping the bit would be able to easily do the strokes a lot faster considering I’m using a pretty decent CNC machine (Mantech M4.5) I’m wondering if I might need to adjust the feed on my NK105 G2 machine rather than the program on computer?
